Effective date: October 1, 2026
Norka Enterprises DBA Norka Consulting ("Norka Consulting," "we," "us") provides business formation, business documents, branding, health care credentialing, and consulting services through norkaconsulting.com and our client portal at workspace.norkaconsulting.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and password (stored in encrypted form).
- Business information — legal and proposed business names, entity type, state, business and mailing addresses, ownership details, formation dates, and tax identification numbers you provide so we can perform your services.
- Documents you upload — files you submit through the client portal, which may include government-issued identification, authorizations, and business records.
- Questionnaire answers — the information you provide in service questionnaires.
- Order and payment records — services purchased, order history, invoices, and payment status. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; full card numbers never touch our servers.
- Automatic information — IP address, browser type, and the session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
How we use your information
- To deliver the services you purchase — including preparing and submitting filings to state agencies, the IRS, insurance panels, and other bodies as the service requires.
- To communicate with you about your orders, documents, appointments, and account.
- To process payments, invoices, and receipts.
- To protect our services against fraud and misuse, and to maintain security records such as audit logs.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your documents for any purpose other than performing your services and keeping the records the law requires.
How we share information
- Government agencies and third parties as part of your service — for example, the Ohio Secretary of State for a formation filing, the IRS for an EIN application, or insurance payers for credentialing, in each case at your direction.
- Service providers — hosting, payment processing, and email delivery providers who handle data only to provide their services to us.
- Licensed professionals — if your service involves coordination with an attorney, tax professional, or accountant, we share information only with your consent.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, clients, or the public.
SMS messaging privacy
Norka Consulting respects your privacy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to provide our messaging services and operate our business. SMS consent and mobile information will not be transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
The client portal uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against forgery. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not track your activity across other websites. Because of this, our sites respond to "Do Not Track" signals by default — there is no cross-site tracking to disable.
Document storage and retention
Documents are stored in private storage that is not directly reachable from the internet; every download passes an authorization check tied to your account. Completed documents are available in your portal for 90 days after your order is marked complete (unless a longer period is stated for your service or extended on request). Please download your documents promptly. We keep a record that documents were delivered even after files are removed. Account, order, and invoice records are retained while your account is active and afterward as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), private file storage outside the web root, role-based access controls, audit logging of sensitive actions, and login protections including rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with practices appropriate to its sensitivity.
Your rights and choices
You may review and update your account information at any time in the portal. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we are required to keep. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are for business purposes and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be noted on this page.
